Scope of Practice: Services are strictly Ayurveda-based. We do not provide Allopathic (modern medicine) prescriptions or surgical advisories.

Consultation Fees: Fees are payable in advance. Refunds are issued only if the practitioner is unavailable or if a persistent technical failure occurs on our end.
No-Shows: If a patient fails to attend a scheduled digital appointment, the fee is non-refundable.
Product Returns: Due to the intimate and health-oriented nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
